2. Email Sarah [email protected] to schedule your session (please include your timezone and any special requests about timings - Europe will always be first thing in the morning 5:00am - 8:00am and USA will be evening 5:00pm onwards).

Enter into a sacred one-on-one container with Sarah to unravel the deepest blocks that are holding you back from your most fulfilled, peaceful and loving self. 

Please bring a particular topic or theme in your life that you desire to have deeper support with. If you can't choose between a couple of topics, bring both and we'll feel into them together (usually they are connected in mysterious ways).

In the session, we will spend a short period of time debriefing and distilling your core intentions for the session.

We will then transition into the Theta Healing where you'll be invited to close your eyes and turn within and enter into a deeper state of consciousness than your ordinary waking life. This is how we access the deepest layers of the subconscious mind.

If you are more comfortable lying down and switching off the camera, you are welcome to do so. It's suggested to bring headphones along with you in that case.

Sessions run for approximately 60 minutes. Please ensure you have a quiet space available for this duration of time.

It is recommended you have about 30 minutes to one hour of rest, meditation and integration time with yourself to embody what has started to shift.

As I run anywhere from a 1 month to a 3 month long waitlist, please ensure you have saved your appointment in your calendar and adhere to the following policy:

*Payment is required a minimum of 24 hours ahead of our session otherwise session is forfeited.

*If you need to reschedule please do so 48 hours or more in advance via email otherwise the full payment is forfeited.

*If you are late to the call without any notice I will wait 10 minutes for you, and then the session is forfeited.
