There is a lot of juicy content in the video above!

I also wish to share a list of foods that can be used as your medicine, because they have very powerful healing benefits for your hormones and your fertility.

Here is a list of 12 potent and powerful foods for healing your body and balancing your hormones when initially diagnoses and committed to a healing path (whilst walking away from a S.A.D. - Standard American Diet).

1. TURMERIC

Turmeric has been scientifically researched to improve the state of the ovary by increasing blood flow to the reproductive organs (you can also take as a supplement). Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory super-food which should be incorporated into your diet a lot, ground and fresh.

2. WALNUTS

Walnuts are usually considered as brain food, but their high omega-3 content also makes them a powerful food for your hormones.

3. CINNAMON

Cinnamon makes your fat cells more responsive to insulin. This is a great way to improve fertility and to lose weight. Buy some cinnamon tea or buy some cinnamon sticks and put them in boiling water.

4. SWEET POTATO

Sweet potatoes are incredible for women who are trying to preserve and promote fertility, the vitamin A is very important because it will assist your liver and metabolism functions.

5. ALMONDS

Eat almonds to increase levels of the adiponectin hormone, which regulates blood sugar levels to keep you full for longer to avoid excess surges of insulin, leading to increased androgens in the bloodstream. It's always best to soak almonds as the outer shell is very difficult to digest and can contain toxins dependent on manufacturer.

6. DARK LEAFY GREENS

I can’t stress this enough. Dark leafy greens are full of folic acid which is great for ovulation. Also great for calcium and magnesium so make sure you boost your leafy greens to see improvement in your cycles.

7. AVOCADO

Eat them for necessary levels of Vitamin E and to increase cervical fluid. Avocados are a VERY fertility friendly food although limit to half an avocado per day if trying to lose weight.

8. COCONUT OIL

Coconuts and the oil contains lauric acid which is healing to the skin and also hugely beneficial for healthy hormone production.

9. QUINOA

Quinoa is great especially for vegan / vegetarians. Quinoa is a very important carb which is a seed not a grain so has plenty of protein, fibre, iron, copper and vitamin B6.

10. BUCKWHEAT

This whole grain contains a chemical called d'chiro inositol which improves fertility tremendously. it also helps to drop insulin and testosterone levels to improve ovulation.

11. FRESH HERBS

Fresh herbs are incredible healing supplements for the body. Fresh herbs are incredibly alkaline and help to cleanse the blood and detox the body. A tip is to buy a bunch and chop them up and put them into the freezer in a ziplock bag. They stay fresh for longer that way.

12. SEEDS (FLAX, SESAME, PUMPKIN AND SUNFLOWER)

incorporate all of these seeds into your salads, smoothie bowls, curries everything you can as they are all super powerful for your hormones containing a wide range of nutrients and omega-3's. Make sure you are eating ground flaxseed not whole flaxseeds as they aren't digestible so will come out the other end in whole form.

Start incorporating some of these foods into your diet.

Also incorporate any whole food items (remember a whole food is anything that is still in it's wholesome form and hasn't gone through any manufacturing process).

Using food as your medicine is essential on the natural healing path.

These foods will help to balance hormones, regulate your cycle, improve your ovulation which will help everything to come back into balance.

xXx
